Help & tips
Signals can weaken in the hottest months and during heavy storms. Often it is a dish alignment or a tired LNB — an easy fix. If your picture is breaking up, give me a call before you replace anything.
The BBC SD channels have been switched off; only BBC HD regions remain, and those are still available in our area. Some boxes just need a quick re-tune or tweak. Call or email and I will sort it.
