This page explains, in plain language, what happens to any details you share with MyTvCinema and what cookies this website uses.

Who looks after your data

MyTvCinema is a local business run by Gary in the Almanzora Valley, Almería, Spain. When you get in touch, I'm the person who receives and handles your details. You can reach me any time at info@mytvcinema.com.

What I collect, and why

Only what you choose to send. If you use the contact form, I receive your name, the phone or email you give me and your message, so I can reply and help. If you leave a review, I receive your name, your town and what you wrote, to show on this site once approved. There is no tracking and no advertising here.

The legal basis

I deal with your enquiry because you've asked me to (taking steps at your request), and I publish your review only with your consent. This all falls under the EU GDPR and Spanish data-protection law.

Where it's kept, and for how long

Your message is stored securely with Supabase (servers in the EU) and reaches my phone as a notification. I keep enquiries only as long as needed to help you and for my records, no longer. Approved reviews stay on the site until you ask me to take yours down.

Who else sees it

Nobody buys or is handed your data. It's seen only by me and the technical services that run this site (hosting and notifications). I never pass your details to anyone who asks for them through this website.

Your rights

You can ask me to show you what I hold, correct it, or delete it — including removing your review — at any time. Just email info@mytvcinema.com. You can also complain to the Spanish data-protection authority (AEPD, www.aepd.es).

Cookies

This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies, and there's no analytics. The one exception: if you click to play a video, YouTube (in privacy-enhanced “no-cookie” mode) may then set its own cookies — nothing loads from YouTube until you press play.
