Selling your property in Almería? A drone video sells it faster

Aerial photos and a short drone film show off a campo house, villa or cortijo like nothing else — and buyers abroad decide from the pictures. Here's how it works.

Most homes out here are bought by people who fall in love with them online first — often from another country, before they ever get on a plane. That means the photos do the selling. And the single biggest upgrade you can make to a property listing is a view from above.

Why aerial footage works

A cortijo with land, a villa with a pool, a finca with mountain views — from the ground you only ever see a slice of it. From the air, a buyer instantly understands the plot, the setting, the privacy, the drive up, the way the sun falls across the terrace. It’s the difference between “another white house” and “that’s the one.”

The same is true for holiday rentals. A short aerial clip on your listing or social media makes a place look exactly as special as it is, and it stands out in a sea of phone snaps.

What I can do for you

I’m a fully registered, legal drone pilot — that matters, because unlicensed drone work over property can land you (and the agent) in trouble, and the footage often can’t be used commercially. With a proper set-up you get:
